| | Comments: | We loved this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely we had a great room overlooking the bay. There is an excellent dive centre there where you can enjoy early morning dives (before the rest of the boats arrive and spoil things), shore dives throughout the day.
There was a house reef so the sea was wonderful to snorkel in as well as dive. I don't dive but my husband does and it was good that I was able to sit on the beach , while he enjoyed his shore dive, whilst we were there a whale shark was spotted from shore and dolphins paid a visit to someone swimming at the side of the jetty!
It was good not HAVING to join in a dive boat trip in order to get my husbands company. It just made things more relaxed for the non-diving partner and the time left alone was kept at a minimum.
We had B&B and found the food at the main restuarant in the evening good with a lot of choice(I am vegetarian so this was important), not much in the way of entertainment though.
There seemed to be lots going on during the day, if you want to join in, belly dancing lessons, dance lessons, aerobics, darts etc. Also there is a health spa where you can get great massages/saunas/steam room treatments, not to mention the beauty salon for manicures and pedicures.
My only critisism is that the animation team were definately geared up for Italians, Russians and not english, with not many of us there - although they do seem to love us!
