Should have known there was going to be problems by the way the manager replied to an email I sent him. I asked, 'are the TRH Hotel Palma Nova and the Hi Hotel Plama Nova the same.?' kind regards etc. He replied 'No, they aren't' Straight to the point. Food very poor standard, cheap cuts stewed or processed meat made to appear like genuine cuts. Flies everywhere. TC rep one of the most obnoxious I've met. When I mentioned the flies, she wouldn't shut up, kept asking 'Do you want to make a complaint'. When I explained I knew exactly how to complain IF I wished to, she still kept on asking the same stupid question. I had to tell my wife to ignore her as she started arguing with her as well.! Plastic cups I accept around the pool for safety reasons, but in the entertainment lounge at night.? Very poor. Entertainments team try hard to keep everyone going throughout the day & night and the room we had was large and had a pool view. (Not the original one, swapped by girl on reception at our request).
